- Mon, Nov 29: Advent Begins; morning candle-lighting, singing, Scripture, and reflections in preparation for celebrating the coming of Christ in human form.

- Fri, Feb 4: Winter Party; snuggling in for an evening of hot chocolate and lovely winter activities.

- Thu, May 12: Certamen (Classics Competition); school-wide competition reviewing this past year’s Latin and classical studies; parents are welcome to attend; winners of each Form will be receive the annual BVCS Laurel Wreath award.

- Tue, May 31 - Thu, Jun 2: Shakespeare Festival Week; Shakespeare plays, characters, history of the Globe Theatre, as well as the life of the Bard himself, students will form a deepening relationship and fondness for this treasure of Western civilization. Our Festival week will be capped off by two performances.
